Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our wellness products, all sales are final and products are non refundable. This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of every item we provide to our customers.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@instamedstrips.comwith your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement for the damaged item.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
